Sheena Douglas ' A little bit oriental' stamps

Had a bit of a rubbish week last week, bad news was flooding through the door, people I love getting sick , jobs been lost and then the cat decides its going to throw a wobbler and start need regular trips to the vet (she's on the mend now but was very poorly before) so I was feeling down and a little stressed to say the less , so decided to treat myself to something nice to cheer myself up and give my mind something else to focus on. Good old fashion retail therapy works for me every-time!!

Wasn't long before I found these fabulous 'A little bit oriental' stamps from the Sheena Douglas range at a bargain price so snapped them up and locked myself in my craft room for the afternoon...

Here's my first creation from the set, when I get some free time I hope to do more, I choose this one first as the koi carp as in Japan it is supposed to represent 'Hope, courage and love' and we could all do with a little of that now and again.

I would like to enter this in the following Challenges
4 krafty Girlz -Anything goes challenge #3
C.R.A.F.T Challenge 227 - Cats and dogs/pets/animals
Crafting by design challenge - Anything goes
ColourQ challenge - colours #209
lady Annes Challenges - #12 stamp anything goes

Thanks for popping by xx
